Charlie has over 35 years of experience in valuation,
evaluation, feasibility analysis and brokerage and is uniquely qualified to
evaluate and market most types of commercial assets. His previous work experience has been with
appraisal companies specializing in commercial property appraisal. In 1984 he
worked with Merrill Lynch in their Investment Banking Division. In 1998 he began with Coldwell Banker
Commercial SA, which he purchased in 2003 and developed their appraisal and
commercial brokerage division. In 2013,
Charlie opened the Kelly Real Estate
Group LLC. His company mission is to
position Kelly Real Estate Group, LLC, as an industry leader in providing commercial real estate solutions serving
tenants, landlords, sellers and buyers in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions
and management of commercial properties with integrity, fidelity and
professionalism.

Charlie started his career in
Kansas City where he was active in the Jaycees chairing special projects
including their annual Haunted House “20 nights of Terror”, the Rodeo “10 days
of all star competition”, and the Christmas Shopping Tour for special children.
Charlie moved to Dallas
in 1984. Here he became active in business
network groups, church and community services, the Lions Club and got
married. His favorite pastimes are golf,
traveling and the church choir
